Thanks again for choosing Ashworth College. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your student experience, we are excited to inform you that we will be launching two enhancements to our Student Portal on April 21st:
A Redesigned Student Community: Easily meet new classmates, attend orientation chats, and participate in lively discussions.
A New Support Ticketing System: If you have a question for any of our support staff, our new ticketing system will be the fastest way to get your answer.
These new features are designed to help you better connect with your classmates and more efficiently get support when you need it.
In addition, we have improved the mobile experience; all Student Portal features are accessible wherever and whenever you want on your PC, Laptop, Phone, or Tablet.
Since we’ll be moving from our current Student Community to a new Student Community on April 21st, please save any content such as blogs or photos that you’d like to save from the current Community prior to April 21st. If you have any issues saving your content or are unable to save it by April 21st, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and he will follow up with you directly.
We will be sending you a reminder email on April 21st to announce the official launch and provide instructions on how to access these features in the Student Portal. In the meantime, please continue to work hard and stay focused on your goals! Thanks!
