Just Curious...

I am on Zoloft for Anxiety and Depression and I've been on it for a while but I find that it makes me so sleepy and effects my concentration a lot, which at times makes it hard when I'm reading and it's really frustrating! I just started here and I'm only on the my first course but I'm getting frustrated because of my situation. I'm just wondering if anyone else deals with something similar and if so, what do you do to deal with the frustration and discouragement that comes with it?

    I used to be on zoloft to and i had concerta or stratera to counter act the sleepy and concentration acts back and hopefully you aren't pregnant and taking zoloft it's linked to child defects. but ast your doctor about concerta or stratera they are adhd medicines that help calm you down and help you focus with stratera you have to have something on your stomach otherwise you will have stomach pains and with concerta you will lose your appetite DO NOT TAKE ADDERALL people steal adderall for diets pickpockets and such

      Oh ok, I will mention it to my doctor and see what she says. I heard about the birth defects but I'm not pregnant. My sister just had a baby while she was on Zoloft but her doctor did take her off of it for her first few trimesters because he said that that's a critical time period. My nephew was born healthy thankfully! Thanks for the information though, I really appreciate it!
