I guess I'm doing fairly well considering I have to be able to multi task w/my little 3 yr old.  She doesn't like to take naps so I have to basically try to do several things @ once.

Anyone else a parent and multi-tasking your courses @ same time?

I got my books last week, and I just took my first exam on lesson one. I made a B and I am happy. I'm moving on. I like that I can go as fast or as slow as I want. My goals are to complete this course by the end of May and take my cetification test in June or sooner. Good luck to you, and everyone who is taking this program.

I am on Chapter 11 and carrying a 97 for a grade.  I have 3 children under the age of 7(all with special needs,) I work full time, I'm a single mom and I'm a Girl Scout leader for a troop of 18 girls.  My time is most definitely spread out thin.  Thankfully, I work a midnight shift and have time to study and do the tests while I work, then I come home and enter the answers for the tests. 

I have worked as a pharmacy tech in the past and one piece of advice I will give you; it is impossible to memorize everything, so get good at making note cards that you can refer to for the things that slip your mind.

Hey im on lesson 2 starting on lesson 3 but i gatta tell you the exams are not easy! So does anyone know if theres Big test at the end when all the lessons are done? and What do i do to get my next shipment?

So far so good with my different shifts at work its kind of hard to stay focused. I just got my second shipment so I took my fifth test and my grades are good. My children keep pushing me to hurry up so I can take the certification test soon.

my books always take 4-6 days to come in. i've been in the class almost 3 weeks and i am now recieving my 3rd shipment. it has not been too easy. but i really enjoy it. i just don't know what to exactly study for when i have to get "licensed" because every state is different. but i wish everyone good luck!!(:

and u know it wont be easy without a instructor in front of u but da best u can do is get chu a pacc of different colored high-lighters and just mark wat chu think is important based of yo lessons dat way u will have any idea of wat to study.........and i feel dat we should all stay in contact to help each other down da line to make dis easier and fun and da same time as it been hard

I must express with delight that choosing to do this course was not a mistake. I started this program on june 14/011 and have completed the first four (4) lessons in pharmacy tech getting a pass in all four lessons I, have obtained 2 As and 2cs so far. currently, I am on lesson 5 and will soon be taking my achievement exam. Thanks once more  the ashworth community family for your intricate role in transforming the lives of we the future generation in becoming better and promising future leaders.

Hello I have been doing great in my classes. I started my classes in the middle of September and I only have 3 more exams to go.My lowest grade is a 75-C and I only have 3 of those, but i'm also taking veterinary assistant classes. I enjoy all the lessons:-)

Anyone got pointers for Lesson 6?? Lesson 5 was quite the obstacle... ;-/

am doing pretty fair at this point, but I can not seem to get my written assignments to go thru at all, anyone have a spectatular idea?

I was woundering if I could transfer out of the pharm. tech. into early childhood edu.I work at a daycare and have for some time now. they would help me pay for my edu. any ideas of how to do that???

Finally received my books in the mail this morning can't wait to get started. Any tips to help me along?
