Hi, I'm new here too. I am taking the medical billling and coding course. I'm waiting on my first shipment. I think it will be good to have a study friend here will help wth the lessons.
hi im debbie and i am in medical billing and coding remember to study the words just dont spend alot of time on them u will learn them the more u use them and there are alot more stuff the further u go on in the books im in my third book and still doing good its a little harder cause ur learning in more depth good luck everyone
i have just finish taking my first set of lesson 1 and have completed all my exams and the termonology for this course is serious and is very very hard and i am looking for study partners.
I just finished the first book, lessons 1-5. If you work hard at it, the exams are quite easy. I am mostly looking forward to the billing part tho, and not learning about all these body parts, haha. I feel like i'm in Biology class
I am and am very excited about it. I was taking it at a college and it was a fast track class. Its was going way to fast and was doing 2 chapters a day with exams and quizzes everyday. I think most of us dropped out becausee felt that we were not learning just going thru the motions. With this I can take as much time as I need. I to would love to work with a group of people. I have already taken the first test and made flash cards for all the prefix and suffix but still need to do it for root words. I am a mom with a 20 yr old autistic daughter. She has moved out and now I have decided to get a career in billing and coding. I was going to do MA but my husband is in the health care field and says there is a shortage in billing and coding so here I am.
Hi! I have been out sick for a while. I was suppose to start in January but I'm okay now and will get to it ASAP. Thanks for the ecouraging words. I will try to tackle this before summer's here and I'm very anxious to see what I can handle. The more I read the text the more nervous I get...wow. I guess the only way to find out is to start right away, wish me luck.

Hey how are you guys doing on here. I just finished my second test. It really takes some discipline. I am working two jobs and when I come home boy am I pooped. But I am determined to finish this. I did not finish Penn Foster. It did not keep my interest, but I will finish this on. I put that on every thing.
Hello I am Lisa I just finished the first book as well. The second looks like it is going to be just as fun. Having a rough start getting to it. Hoping to get it all done by april I will not have time to do any of this in the holiday if it drag on longer. I have a family to care for
