Okay buddies! I'm getting closer to take my semester exam. Do anybody have any suggestions?
Which Semester are you at?
I'm moving on to my second semester. How about you?
Please say how it goes.
After I finishing the exam, I'll let everyone know how did it go and was it easy or not.
I'm close too in taking my semester exam. Hope someone comments on how it is...
I'm still waiting on a comment about the semester exam too.
Is anyone taking the second exam?
I'm at 4th semester. Just finished what I think is the most challenging course in this program, "Statistical Analysis" I ended it with the lowest grade in my program, which is 84. Thank God it's over. I have only the semester exam to think about.
I'm gonna need your help on that course. What do you say?
Good Luck!! All the best..
Wow congrats wish I was that far to move unto my Bachelor's degree this yearbut i'm far away on the first semester
i'm still struggling with college maths
Hey girl! I havn't heard from u in a while. I can try to help you with the math. What lesson are you on?
i'm now unto ratios, rates, proportions and statistics in the college mathematics
I can offer some help there
Thanks much you can help me understand certain things better
Hey am almost there to the end of my first semester. 2 more exams left in college mathematics them i'm a move on up.
i'm about ready to take my semester exam...its my first one..can somebody highlight what is expected?
I just read on another post there is 10 questions per course. Just keep your notes and books organized to help you with the tests.
I just learned about that Proctor thing today...that doesn't help me, lol. Anyone do that online? How did that work. Did that person just sit with you for three hours? Do they open your exam...I get it, but don't understand the point of it? It's not like your other exams?
Lol katie.
1) find an unrelated proctor.
2) go to search and type in proctor nomination form
3) print that out
4) protector signs it.
5) mail it to school
6) school emails your proctor your test code you need to unlock your test.
7) protector supposed to watch you take test
I know!! I was just asking an opinion of someone who did it...as in, what was the experience and the their thoughts of the process. I get it, I just want opinions of it. That's all.
I didn't mean
"I learned about the Proctor thing today,,,that doesn't help" - - -what it sounds like. It MEANS, it doesn't help me having to do all this extra stuff just for a test.
oh lol.
My opinion how they set up semseter exams is annoying. It is pointless...
Dork...hahaha.
There, the answers I am looking for. Opinions, opinion's indeed.
=P it's stupid. 50 multiple choice questions. 10 questions per course. You shouldn't have trouble passing. It doesn't effect your GPA. It's pass/fail. I fail to see hte need for a proctor when it's open book.
I have taken the semester exam. There 50 questions, like someone above stated. I am close to taken my 2nd semester exam. Now that I have better understanding of it from the first time around...I took notes through every course and chapters. And will study my notes in preparing for the semester exam. I think I will continue this method nfor the remaining of my associate degree. Also, it is an open book exam, so I would reccommend that you have all your notes handy, with books, and tests that you took. There is a time limit, I was a little nervous from the clock ticking, but this time around, I would be better prepared and won't focus on the test so much.
that is so true, i was nervous but i pulled through(thank God) but like u rightly said now that u know what to expect u would be better prepared...
I am getting ready to take my 2nd semester exam and I agree notes helped me get though the first exam and thats how i plan to continue.
an update on my first semester. I've overcomed the college maths got 84 and i'm now going unto my 4th book which is principles of managent. I'm so excited cant wait to finish this semester so I can move unto the second semester ![]()

Nene finally a friendly face < 3

Well I wanna get a better job so i'm willing to read my butt off for my education. P.S how do you have that math worked out to finish the associates by year end? I wanted to do it too but I was thinking thats a mission impossible sms so if u dont mind giving me ideas on a quicker way to move along hit me thanks.
