Yeah, that's what I thought:) A 12 gauge will cover a man sized target at 7 yards with #7 1/2 shot from a cylinder bore. That suprised me.
yes Living in Canada definitely does have that one disadvantage I also live in Canada ![]()
I love handguns of 45 acp ammo, and the springfield xd work perfecly.
Sig Sauer P229 with DAK Trigger system chambered in .357 SIG.
I carry this pistol with me everywhere and love the rounds. The fram is fairly slim and the pistol is a metal frame which I prefer. Had a Glock explode on me a few years ago. It was a Model 21 in .45. Made me sad because I loved my Glock, but Sig Sauer is my new firearm of choice...for semi automatic pistols. Happy and safe shooting!!!
Favorite---- Jacob Rupertus double barrel .22. circa 1865.. less than 100 made.. and it shoots!
I have a Colt King Cobra .357 mag. 6 shot 4" barrel. I love this pistol, however I do want the S & W 500 with 8 3/8" barrel.
My Ruger SR40, because it was my first weapon and I love it!
Easy answer for me. The FNP 45 Tactical. 15+1 rounds of .45, threaded barrel, Trijicon night sights, very managable shooter for its size and it's made in the USA.
If it goes bang, I can handle it! I am in the business of selling guns so favorite , well , one that sells good I recon. My personal favorite is, wow, this is hard, I have so many that when I go shoot I take a bunch of them but I do shoot my 22's more than others, probably because ammo is the cheapest for them......
I've had 2 different handguns so far a EAA Witness 9mm and a Springfield XD9. So far I love my XD9, it is very accurate and it fits my hand perfectly. Plus it has the rail on the front that I can add a flash light/laser pointer on if I choose too. Excellent weapon!
Gen4 Glock22 40.S&W becuase of modularity and reliability. Project plans are 22.lr conversion ,50.,357sig. and 9mm conversion the one does all gun. Glocks rock![]()
I agree with the thought, but I bought a raging judge magnum so that I could improve on the redhawk with the ability to use several different types of ammunition.
I got the 6 shot revolver with the 3" barrel so I could CC and with the ability to use 45 long colt, 454 casull, or 410 shot shells, it gives me the versatility to use different ammo loads depending on where I am.
This gun maxes out at a 300gr bullet and with the hard rubber strip lining the backstrap & soft foam grip combined with the 4lbs of solid steel makes felt recoil easy to manage.
So far nothing compair's to shooting 300gr casull bullets in power, the noise is enough to make you deaf and scare the poop out of anyone, even those that are expecting it!
I have shot just about every .410 shot shell there is out of my raging judge magnum and I must tell you that the BEST .410 out there are the PDX 3" shot shells.
At 50' they will hold a consistent 4-5" grouping with the 4, copper jacketed slugs & the 17 copper plated BB's are a good bonus.
The only downside to these powerful & accurate shot shells is the cost.
