Go to www.detc.org or www.gibill.va.gov Ashworth is accredited and also government approved for higher learning. The course materials are the same as any other college or university. For the sake of Ashworth College and all the students, please no more discussion about it. When someone comes to the web page they should not see us guestion are own school. Grasp the concept of what Ashworth College is doing for the world of education and only then will you understand why such questions are not necessary.
I agree. Most of the people questioning it attend the school which is really sad. Ashworth offers not only a degree, but hope to achieve you greatest in life. Good luck with your studies and continue to inspire
This school is the reason why I'm able to get a college education. My job in Law Enforcement requires a lot of energy and I'm required to work on 3 different shifts, hence this could affect me if I were to attend a brick and mortar school. However, Ashworth College provides me with the opportunity to study at my own pace when and where I want to. I take my books to work, when I visit my parents in another parish (state) and even when I'm on leave and visits the USA. Its just so convenient and the school is very much recognized in Jamaica.
I concur., its perfect for me as a hospital shift worker.
Ashworth works for me, I'm grateful that im able to work and pursue a college education at the same time. It's a blessing.
Look! Study is in your hands, Ashworth is preference cz its convenient and works with my schedule. I work night shift as security so to me it’s 2 in 1 benefits. If you study with dedication and pay attention to your subjects, you are as good as someone on campus but if you doing things half heartedly then even campus have no benefit for you. I have intention to learn and acquire my associates, am enjoying it and feeling the sense of achievement already.
Good luck
If you look closely at the 'complainers'...they are mostly high school students who do not make the attempt to read the directions and do their work; they need someone to blame--unfortunately it's the school. Then you have those who refuse to take responsibility for their own action or inaction with their assignments. For goodness sake....do the reading, follow the syllabus and you won't have an issue....oh and yes-- pay your bills on time and you won't fall behind in your studies. I did a LOT of research for online learning and Ashworth is the best choice for me and my goals. Good luck to those of you who are doing what it takes!!
God Bless!!
I love it. If it wasn't for Ashworth/James Madison I wouldn't be able to go to classes when it's convenient for me. I'm currently going for my high school diploma after dropping out in the 11th grade, 15 years ago. I love that unlike traditional school, each course is seperate, and it can be finished as fast, or as slow as I like. I even opted to waive my transcripts, so technically, I'm starting at the freshman level. I'm even getting better grades then I was in traditional school. I highly suggest this school to anyone looking to further their education, or to complete, or start high school. If this is still around in 12 years when my youngest is high school age, then this is where she will be going.
Cool, Glad your enjoying it
