What is going on with the shipments being delayed??? I have been waiting for 4 weeks to get my 2nd shipment of books and every week I get an email saying it has been delayed... Any1 else having this problem?

When i 1st enrolled,i was scared i wldn't be able 2 cope cos i wasn't 2 comfy on d computer. I felt lost in everything but i went ahead and started d course anyway. Itz been exactly 2wks since i started and i feel like a pro already! This is because Ashworth comes down to our level and teach us everything.Basically all we hv 2 do is be committed to reading and we'll find dat itz soooo easy! My 1st book came last wk and i've submitted my 1st achievement exam,scoring 95%!! I'm so happy because i'm gaining more confidence in myself as d days go by. Thanks Ashworth 4 d opportunity 2 b a part of this!!! Thumbs up!

A bit frustrated

I was wondering how long it takes to get a response from administration.I put in a request for a status letter to be faxed to me almost a week ago and i'm still waiting. Funny thing is I called, this should be the fastest way to get help. What do you guys think? Am I right or wrong.
