We soak our cranberries in hot pepper juice overnight before making fresh cranberry sauce. It's a great sweet, tangy, hot combo

Hey everyone! I just signed up for the courses yesterday and can't wait! I love to cook and think this will take my abilities to a new level. If anyone want to add me to their friends feel free. I am a moderate cook as of now just from learning on my own and I think having a formal education will help alot. I experiment with foods ALL the time and come up with wild, but great combinations. 1. Gluten free panacakes

all you need is a banana and an egg mix and blend together and fry on the pan for 4 minutes! add chocolate or blueberrys if you life!
