If you're just beginning your road towards working in electrician careers and want to join an established company, chances are you will have to interview with them.  These companies are always looking for skilled electricians, but you will need to demonstrate why they should hire you in particular.  Just like with any job interview, it's important to be knowledgeable about what kinds of things they may ask.
