Ashworth College, an accredited online school, located in Norcross, GA. is hiring 12-15 full time, Admissions Call Center Sales staff immediately. Our school is a nationally accredited college offering High School Diplomas, Career Training, and Post-Secondary Degrees.  We are growing fast, with strong marketing and great branding, and we are well known in the education sector. 


In this front-line enrollment advisor position, you would be responsible for functions critical to the Admissions Department, including:


  • Speaking with prospective students who call Ashworth College. (There are NO cold calls required.)
  • Presenting the programs and qualities of our courses in a professional manner
  • Using conversational skills to qualify prospective students for the program of their interest, and enroll those who want to proceed
  • Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude on the phone
  • Motivating prospects to further their education or training with Ashworth
  • Using a windows-based PC to enter prospect and enrollment information 

 

Salary: Base salary of $11.00 per hour plus incentives.  A two to four week, paid training period is required at the base salary. 

Shift:  2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday and Rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 6:00 am.

 

We conduct criminal background checks on all candidates.  After successful completion of a 90-day training and probationary period, Call Center Sales Advisors are eligible for our complete package of benefits, which includes a health care insurance plan.

 

Qualifications:

 

A minimum of 3 months experience in a call center environment making outbound and receiving inbound sales calls.

 

No degree is required, but you must have a strong belief in the importance of education and training as a requirement for success in life. 

 

In addition, you must have excellent communication skills, outstanding listening and presentation abilities, and great interpersonal relationship skills are required, but you must have a strong belief in the importance of education and training as a requirement for success in life.
